Raving About Rave Reviews
I know I gave you a brief overview of the perks of being a Rave Review Book Club Member, but I really think it is more than justifiable to go a little more in depth about just what they have done for me and what they can do for you if you get involved.
Probably the most important thing to learn is the meaning of the last word in the last paragraph, "Involved". If you are trying to sell a car, you probably wouldn't just put it in your garage and hope somehow, someone will find out you are selling it. You shouldn't do that with your book either.
Too often people think that just listing a book on this site or that site should be enough to sell a million copies and be the next J K Rowling. No. You need to network, you need to talk to other authors to see what works and what doesn't. You need to promote your book AND yourself.
Rave Reviews By Nonnie Jules and the Rave Review Book Club are more than just a stepping stone, if you get "involved" it will launch you into a whole new world of possibilities and give you the support and the helping hands of many VERY talented authors.
So what does it mean to get involved? Just do what you want to have done to you. The "golden rule", "reaping what we sew" and a list of other spiritual verses can probably fit in here too. Remember, you are not the only one that desires support and knowledge as you grow in your writing career. And just as you can learn from this vast collection of people, you can also become a teacher.
You see, we all have something we can share, something that answers an enigma that is driving another writer crazy. And that is what Rave Reviews is all about. It transcends the mere idea of displaying your book on yet one more website. It is a network of incredible people that are in the same boat you are in and they all help each other by giving the support we all need.
So by now you are probably wondering just how much I am getting paid to tell you all this. The only thing I am getting for this is the satisfaction of knowing that I am hopefully helping other writers find a site that will help them grow and succeed in their writing.
